More about Clay and paint workshop

The Clay & Paint workshop is perfect for groups of friends, bachelorette parties, company outings, or a creative afternoon with coworkers. It’s accessible, fun, and exactly the kind of activity where people get unexpectedly enthusiastic as soon as the paint hits the table.

At the end of the workshop, everyone goes home with their own work of art, messy hands, and, above all, plenty of stories about how something that started as a simple bowl ended up as modern art that no one can really explain.

Clay and paint workshop in various cities across the Netherlands

With your hands in the clay and paint ending up in places it definitely wasn’t supposed to be—welcome to the Clay & Paint workshop. This is the kind of creative activity where perfection is immediately out the door and fun automatically takes over. During this workshop, it’s all about kneading, shaping, painting, and above all, lots of laughter at what emerges along the way. Everyone starts with a piece of clay and a vague idea of what it should eventually become. Some go all out for “modern design,” while others discover halfway through that their artwork has spontaneously taken a completely different direction. It’s all part of the fun.

With your hands in the clay and paint ending up in places it definitely wasn’t supposed to be—welcome to the Clay & Paint workshop. This is the kind of creative activity where perfection is immediately out the door and fun automatically takes over. Everyone starts with a piece of clay and a vague idea of what it should eventually become. Some go all out for “modern design,” while others discover halfway through that their artwork has spontaneously taken a completely different direction. It’s all part of the fun. As the clay slowly transforms into unique creations, paint splatters appear everywhere, along with creative discussions and artworks ranging from surprisingly impressive to “let’s just call this abstract.” And honestly: it’s precisely that complete chaos that makes the workshop so much fun.

No experience is necessary whatsoever. In fact, people without any creative experience often end up having the most fun. Because as soon as no one takes themselves too seriously, that relaxed atmosphere naturally emerges where everyone is happily messing around, painting, and laughing. Meanwhile, of course, there’s plenty of catching up, socializing, and enthusiastic commentary on each other’s creations. Because at some point during the workshop, there’s always one person who becomes completely convinced of their hidden artistic talent, while the rest mainly try to explain why their artwork turned out “intentionally asymmetrical.”
