An activity where you make something together. Think painting, cooking, cocktail shaking, photography or something totally unexpected like graffiti or ceramics.
Absolutely not. In fact, the less experience, the more fun it often becomes. No one expects a masterpiece-unfortunately.
Usually not ... but believe me, a bit of a battle often naturally develops over who has the best (or funniest) result.
Relaxation, new conversations and often surprising insights into colleagues. Plus: you learn to work together in a completely different way.
The unexpected results. You start with no expectations and end with stories, laughter and sometimes surprisingly beautiful creations.

Creative workshops throughout the Netherlands

Creative workshops as a company outing are perhaps the biggest surprise of all. Because where some colleagues think beforehand: "This is nothing for me", it is often those people who end up being completely absorbed in the activity. And that makes it so much fun.

Instead of running through a city or competing in teams, it's all about something else: making something together. That could be anything. Think painting, cooking, cocktail shaking, photography or even graffiti. The great thing is that everyone can participate in their own way. No competition (okay... not usually), but a healthy dose of creativity and, above all, lots of laughter.

You get to know colleagues in a creative way.

Imagine: a group of colleagues who normally mainly sit behind a laptop, suddenly find themselves with paint, brushes or ingredients in hand. One is tackling it seriously as if it should be a masterpiece, while the other is mostly experimenting and hoping it will become "something." And honestly? That very mix makes for the most fun moments.

What makes creative workshops so strong is that they are low-threshold. You need no experience, no talent and certainly no preparation. Everyone starts at the same level-and that creates a relaxed atmosphere. Making mistakes is allowed, experimentation is encouraged and often it is the unexpected results that are most appreciated.

In addition, these types of workshops create a different kind of connection. You get to know colleagues in a creative way. That quiet colleague suddenly turns out to be surprisingly original, and the one who always takes the lead ... may not turn out to be so good with a brush or cocktail shaker at all.

You get to know colleagues in a creative way.

Nice balance between energy and relaxation.

A big advantage is that you are often left with something tangible. A painting, a dish or a homemade creation. Something you can look at later and think, "Oh yes, that was that day." And often a story immediately accompanies that.

Creative workshops are also perfect to combine with other parts of a company outing. Start active, end creative. Or the other way around. It gives a nice balance between energy and relaxation.

And perhaps that is the most important thing. It doesn't have to be perfect. It's not about who has the best result, but about the process. Being together, laughing at each other's creations and doing something completely different from work for a while.

A creative workshop as a company outing is relaxing, surprising and often more fun than expected. Even for the biggest doubters. Perhaps especially for them.

Nice balance between energy and relaxation.
