Maybe it is because of the combination of the cozy city center, the many green areas and the relaxed atmosphere around the Rhine, but Arnhem feels immediately accessible. You walk onto a terrace just a little easier here, linger just a little longer and remarkably often say, "Just one more.

For groups looking to relax between activities, Park Sonsbeek is perfect. Large, green and ideal for recovering from all the activities. Although it is often difficult to relax during workshops as soon as someone pulls out a bluetooth speaker and the group spontaneously turns into a singing choir. And then of course Arnhem has that typical cozy mix of stores, cafes and streets you can wander through without planning. Especially the 7straatjes give the city extra atmosphere. Small boutiques, coffee shops and everywhere places where you unknowingly linger much longer than planned.
The nice thing about workshops in Arnhem is that the city itself actually becomes part of the experience. You do not only come for the activity, but for the complete day around it. Laughing together, being creative, eating, drinking and finally ending on a terrace where nobody pays attention to the time.
